Novaliss The mode now missing in 2026090700 is 'Saturated', which was the only mode with a serious bug. So this is a clear improvement.

I cannot say for sure this is why the mode is gone, but why wouldn't it be that bug?

Ah, they removed it because of the buggy color mode? That is progress indeed! I did not know the other mode was bugged.
I always use "natural" myself. (And sometimes "adaptive") I always thought other modes are too saturated.
I even have a mode called "boosted" on my 6a, it seems to differ per model indeed.

I was indeed under the impression the removal itself was a bug rather than the color mode being bugged and obsolete and was therefore removed.

Is absurd to have to do not have automatic recording to stored contacts then force to manually select one-by-one the contacts do you need to auto record calls.

The colours are weird after the update, it's like someone put a slight sepia filter on my screen and it just goes back and forth from normal colours to this

I did turn off anything related to changing how the screen looks (I think) and set the colours to standard, rebooted a bunch of times but nothing helped so far

in the display settings I have only 2 options to choose from: Natural and Adaptive. Before the update, there were 3 options.

Everything looks fine on Pixel 7a and Tablet, but still missing bubbles in the Tablet.

graphleo I think the good maner to add this is:

automatic record all calls?
automatic record calls from non contacts? (only enabled when "automatic record all calls" was disabled)
automatic record calls from... (then manually add numbers, only enabled when "automatic record all calls" was disabled)

Pocketstar what was the bug? I personally never used saturated mode, using natural myself, and adaptive always sounded like a nightmare for battery life to me. But i'm curious.

Ahh no! Saturated color was removed from the Pixel 10 Pro? Bah now it looks like the default washed out colors from when I initially switched to Grapheneos. Might be in the minority here but I'm actually kinda upset by this coming from iOS where the color was always saturated this helped a TON where the standard Android two color modes are just bland and dull to me.

justkrillinit Same here. I have a Pixel 9 and I really dislike the washed out looking "natural" colors. It looks depressing lol. I need my saturated setting back...

I wonder what the problem with it was even supposed to be? It always worked fine on my device.

No, it isn't. Im on "Adaptive" from the beginning on, it's a good middle way between "Natural" and "Saturated".

Please ADD "Saturated" color mode back. I don't care if it has bugs or whatever, the current "Natural"/"Adaptive" look washed out.
