Recommended USB-C to mini jack converters?

I'm on the lookout for a USB-C to mini jack converter that have decent sound while not braking the bank.

I've tried Apples lightning to mini jack converter and was very surprised how well is sounded for a 10$ device.

I know they make it in an USB-C variant for their ipads but I think that I read somewhere that there were some caveats when using it with android devices. Can anyone confirm or reject this?

And are there any good competitors in the say sub 30$ range.

It need to relatively small and sold in the EU.

I walked into the randommest mobile phone shop on the high street and bought the randommest usb c to audio jack converter (Go-Des) and it works(!) with all external audio devices I threw it at. So hold your horses before you sign away your inheritance for a good tool, unless you are audiophile enthusiast.
