bbcbab From my understanding, clearing the cache should always be possible without issues for the app. Deleting (user/app) data would be cumbersome, though, if your login is bound to it.
Personally, I'd stop the app, delete the app's cache and do a restart in this case.

GrapheneOS hey, thanks for replying, but with the 071500 it doesn't.
Weirdly enough Lloyds app currently doesn't work for me again, at all, so I guess they had some transient issues with checks. Now it always reliably shows error message and logs me out.
However, another app that didn't previously work, Marcus, works now every time.
@ProfessorMonks and it stopped working for me too.

GrapheneOS Unfortunately this also did not work, the phone was already fully charged to 100% while I was pushing updates via ADB

Clearing the cache should have no negative effect, usually. But yes, a fresh install should probably be even better 🤷‍♂️

Hello GOS team,

I was on A16 (blocked updates to A17), but few days ago I upgraded to this version.
After updating my RBA business banking app stopped working, it says it detected emulation and redirects to this url: https://www.rba.hr/hr/mojarba/biz/appsecurity-rot1.html

How can I debug this for you and report back?

Already tried everything from that list and it isn't working. App was starting without issues in GOS 16 with default settings, but something changed in GOS 17 that app now detects GOS and won't start.

Update: It may try redirecting to that page, but then just force-close the Hrvatski app and clear its cache, try again.

Just tried it. Showed app PIN keyboard for a short time and then redirected to URL I posted before. Emulation detected.
Also tested after restarting phone, didn't work.

I'm using P9 Pro, private space with Google Play store with network access. App is installed via Play Store.

This and my device don't have memory tagging is the differences. Disable the mem tagging, and try from Owner if nothing works.

Drum1973 Yes, I'm on the 2026072901 release.

Lastly, I also made the app fully bypass RethinkDNS just to test 'without friction', since some banking apps will redirect to browser on slight suspicion that not allowed their network.

Drum1973 Is this a keyboard that is built into the app? If not, could you try switching to another default keyboard? Just a thought.
