Which banking apps? on the app info page at the very bottom it shows the package name with dots in the name. (e.g. bank.com.android.app ) (This is at the same spot where you see uninstall, permissions, storage, battery restriction, etc for the specific app)
Did you try turning on app compatibility mode for each app and make sure secure app spawning is off? (If that works, you could try fine-tuning which exact toggles need to be on/off for it to work)
