Diff. permissions and batt. settings accross Multiple users' profiles

When this might be technically possible (haven't really tried it yet), I'm curious about any potential problems or implications of having the same app with different permissions and battery settings within different user profiles.

I can't provide a live example, but let's say in profile B I don't grant Network permissions and put the same app to Restricted battery when in profile A such app has Unlimited battery and Network permissions enabled.

Now, what about Google Play Services trio apps in the above scenario?

Oggyo App permissions are specific to the user profile. So you can give the same app in one user profile different permissions to in another user profile.

App data is completely separate between user profiles, so I can't think of any issues or implications of having the same app in multiple profiles with different app permissions.

Can you be more specific about what sort of issues you are thinking of?

Yeah, that is clear. My question is more about power profiles. Not sure how the Android system will manage one app (let's say Google Play Services) running in the background which is set as Unrestricted battery access and the same one with Restricted in another profile. And if I can somehow create inadvertent conflicts with such.
Recently I've experienced a long time than usual when switching between profiles. Not sure about any issues/loops or just coincidence, e.g. data trimming, etc.
