yoda68 Hey there. It's normal that Aurora Store is offering the update. It sees an app you have an offers to update it. Nothing strange there.
You won't be able to update it through Aurora Store. The OS specifically blocks that. The way to get Play Services/Store updates is through Play Store itself (don't have to be logged in to Play Store for that) or through the GrapheneOS "Apps" app.
You might see people telling you not to let Play Store update itself and Play Services but that's old advice. The system doesn't let it update to versions which are unsupported, it's all controlled, so both that and Apps are fine ways to keep them up to date.
