not sure if i am all of a sudden doing something wrong but when i try to use the add to homescreen from vanadium the shortcut that is added to the homescreen has no icon. this used to work and would use the website favicon as the icon but now no mater what site (mainly use this for local ips on my lan) ot will add the shortcut with just generic blank grey placeholder.

i used to be able to do this no prob and i currently have some shortcuts with the correct icon that i added awhile ago.

any help i would appreciate.

I tested this on P7 ver 111.0.5563.58 of Vanadium and it works fine. Are you using the stock launcher?

I had another launcher installed but had tried it with both. I just now uninstalled completely the secondary launcher and it is now working with the stock launcher. thank you for the idea!

I have the same problem and i'm using the stock launcher, freshly installed phone. How can I change the icon manually?
