Oh. Back when I lived in China I saw a really cheap Apple Watch on Taobao, knew it had to be fake, so I got it. This is a picture of it turning off.

PaulDavis That thread had outdated information, and was subsequently deleted. Adaptive charging is a stock OS feature.
Regarding battery-related features, there might be an "80% charge limit" feature coming to Android in one of the 15 QPRs.
The idea of a "I don't need my phone until ...." seems like a good idea, thus letting the phone charge slowly over 10 hours, rather than being blitzed in 1, only to lay unused. The concept seems sensible in the mind, but I know not whether or not it is actually beneficial
