ahacom Since you installed it from Aurora, it's worth comparing the hashes with the Play Store installed version as technically it's possible for Aurora instance to swap the app with a malicious one.
The only other possibility I see is after system update. On major updates it asks you to 'click to reatart all apps' and upon clicking all the apps are initialized
