contacts' birthdays

Can I add/edit contacts' birthdays in Contacts app? Cannot find this field.

Do I need to install https://f-droid.org/packages/com.simplemobiletools.contacts.pro?

dffd It might not be a good solution for you but I use the Birdy app to manage birthdays and birthday reminders for my contacts.

Looks like it depends on where you are saving the contact to.
Just tested it on my GOS with the built-in Contacts app and if directed to "Saving to Device", hitting "more fields" doesn't reveal such a field but "Saving to "DAVx5 Address Book" (this is what I set/use) has it.
