Hi everyone.

Yesterday i came across something I think is weird. I usually check my battery usage and I saw "Android (WAKELOCK)" being active for nearly 2hours and 30min. It's not something I started and since my phone was lying next to me with blackscreen it wasn't awake.
Same goes for CPU usage at 2% without me doing anything. Today I then saw protonmail being at 1% yet i havn't used it for anything.
Im really new to all this privacy/security stuff, and I just wanna know if it's normal with wakelock usage on a phone not being used.

Thanks in advance

Many apps have to run in the background to check for updates, process alerts. They request wakelock at that time, do their thing and then release wakelock.

Graphite Okey. Just never seen it before. 2hours is alot tho. But thanks for the answer.
