Private DNS some providers work some not. DNS.WATCH not

I wanted to use DNS.WATCH but when trying to put and use resolver1.dns.watch or resolver2 I get message "Couldn't connect" then tested others and Cloud9 works fine. Is there some reason in DNS provider end that not work with graphenes private DNS

It needs to have a valid certificate such as a free certificate from Let's Encrypt

Do they provide DNS over TLS? Quickly looking over their docs, it looks like regular ol' DNS, which wouldn't work with Private DNS.

They don't even have mobile setup guides. It will not work. Just looked it up too.

They don't provide DNS over TLS and that's a requirement for Private DNS server.
