Feature: Block settings and power tiles when screen is locked

Hi, I came across this App that allows you to disable power and settings access when the screen is locked.
Would it make sense to have these features in graphene too? Depending on the users threat model this could be useful, or is something similar already implemented?

coxtor Some quick tiles are blocked on GrapheneOS at the lock screen, such as Airplane Mode, Bluetooth and WiFi, I just tried it with my own device. Also, disabling power menu options like Power Off could be risky as it adds one obstacle to quickly returning ur device to BFU state

(Important) Settings are already disabled when the phone is locked.
