Possibility to restart BFU without unlocking?

Hi,
I'd like to ask a question.
I'm currently rocking a Samsung phone and really like the feature, that if the phone is locked you have to unlock it in order to power it off/restart it or wait for the battery to die. I feel like it's a security feature against unauthorized access to recovery mode for wiping the entire drive and keeping the device.
I'd like to ask, does GOS have this feature/have their implemention?

This is often requested, but also often rejected. GrapheneOS focuses on the security of the data on the phone and does not focus on measures that in theory might deter theft of physical devices but in practice can be cheaply defeated (by, e.g., a Faraday bag).

grayway2 TBH I didn't believe that. I tried and well now the only reason why I wanted to have samsung is no longer valid. Thank you for your answer
