Novatore Would you choose Qubes OS or Secureblue
Qubes OS. SecureBlue is simply not secure enough for my use-cases. I need strong compartmentalization into security domains, and this is not possible on SecureBlue, but QubesOS is designed for it and does it really well.
I also have my own mod of Linux Mint where I have added strong compartmentalization and strong anti-forensics features, but without sacrificing app or hardware compatibility or performance. It is not as secure as QubesOS, radio and USB drivers and network stack aren't isolated, but still way way more secure than SecureBlue for my use-cases, and capable of full GPU acceleration in a secure way, plus that all RAM memory is available for apps to use since no virtualization overhead.
Novatore Wish to stay away from Apple and Microsoft, so those aren't options for me.
Neither of those are private to begin with. Mandatory telemetry that cannot be removed even with advanced methods, and that leaks information about what you are doing. Not suitable for any realistic use-case where privacy is needed.
