Hi, I have the same issues. I can't create shortcuts from the browser to the home screen. It doesn't matter which browser I use. I've tried Brave, Vanadium, and Ironfox.
All permissions have been granted. I already have shortcuts on the home screen that work perfectly.
I suspect it's the standard launcher. I tested it with the Fossify Launcher and it works with that.
