As someone who had issues when I got a new SIM with my provider, I also thought it was GrapheneOS acting up.
Ultimately it was my provider's technical support that did a reset on their end that fixed my issues. It was an issue on the provider's side, not grapheneOS.
From what I understand GOS uses the same carrier settings as AOSP, which is used by many other versions of Android. I think it is therefore very unlikely the issue lies with GOS and rather with your carrier.
Carriers are also likely to blame a custom operating system by default as service staff will not have documentation on any nonstandard OS, regardless of it being an issue with the OS or not.
The other issues with posting images and connecting via USB, I'm sorry, are almost guaranteed to be entitely user error.
If you spend a little bit of time looking into the usage guide for GrapheneOS you would know how to perform these basic tasks. GOS by default applies security settings which can require some slight tweaking for certain activities.
Clearly you seem to be either focused on trolling people and wasting their time, or refusing to listen to people's advice or comments because of pure arrogance in your singleminded focus on blaming the OS.
I reply here not for you, since its clear you don't seem to read what others have written, but for others who might stumble upon this thread.
