@Swamper /e/ is falsely advertised as a privacy product when it has extraordinarily poor privacy and security. /e/ sets a fake Android security patch level, downplays the high level of insecurity and very actively misleads people with false claims about privacy and security of their products/services. The claims you're making about other products and operating systems are nonsense and do not justify what /e/ and Murena are doing in any way.
/e/ and Murena heavily targeted GrapheneOS with misinformation. When it was countered, they targeted our team with fabricated stories and harassment including supporting harassment content. Fairphone has not only chosen to partner with this company blatantly scamming people but has directly participated in it. Fairphone does not provide the long term support and sustainability. Their products also have poor security and the ones in partnership with /e/ are far worse in that regard. Fairphone has directly stood by Murena as they've attacked GrapheneOS including pushing fabricated stories and harassment content. Fairphone employees have directly participated in harassment too. The ethics they talk about in their marketing aren't found there in reality.
You're repeatedly promoting /e/ and Murena directly based on their false marketing claims. It's clear that they've heavily misled you about what they provide and about privacy in general including highly inaccurate information they propagate about app privacy. Their claims about how apps are labelled by Exodus Privacy and DNS filtering are inaccurate. They do not detect privacy invasive apps and do not filter the most privacy behavior by apps. They're misleading you into believing that something far worse than the traditional antivirus approach is doing something that it's really not doing at all. Stop pushing their false privacy claims here.
Not only are Murena blatantly scamming people, but they've spent many years heavily misleading people about GrapheneOS. They don't stick to spreading misinformation about their products and privacy in general but rather have specifically focused on misleading people into believing GrapheneOS isn't usable, isn't aimed at a broad audience and lying about the privacy protections it provides. When we began debunking their misinformation and defending ourselves, they started supporting harassment towards our team including spreading egregious fabricated stories and boosting harassment content.
There's nothing to learn from a project and company based around scamming people with fake privacy products doing the opposite of improving privacy and security. It would be highly unethical to promote or collaborate with scammers, which is never going to happen. We have an obligation to inform people that this is a scam when it's brought up and will continue doing so.
The false accusations you've made towards GrapheneOS have resulted in several of your posts being removed. It has become a consistent pattern now beyond this thread and isn't welcome. Whether you'll be participating here anymore depends on your response to this.
