I would suggest looking at the Preferred network type in the SIM settings, or check your APN configuration as @NetRunner88 mentioned. You can try to reset them, or even enter a configuration manually if your carrier provides APN configurations publicly or through their support options. APN settings are in Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > {your SIM} > Access Point Names
