Bypass carrier lock?

Just discovered the 10 Pro XL I purchased from Mint Mobile on a super good sale is carrier locked for 60 days after ACTIVATION, not purchase. I wasn't going to activate until it had Graphene on it...which we currently have no clue when that will be...
I already called and they said there's nothing I can do. Try reaching out to Google they said, right.
I'm assuming it's a big fat no, but is there anyway to get around that?

Even if you could unlock it, you can't install GrapheneOS on it since GrapheneOS is not yet available for Pixel 10 devices.

@telemetry83 thanks for the links. No mention of Mint Mobile or T-Mobile, which is why I asked about them specifically.

I am well aware, as I mentioned in the original post, I can't do anything with it yet anyway.
