Sure it's a lot of overhead, both time and money wise, but it still can be used for non KYC payment. And yes, the website does look like complete shit, no argument there :)
Ok, so if this site isn't a scam then I give you the point that its possible to get debit/credit cards without KYC :)

Maybe the have regulatory trouble with Monero or whatever but I think if they charge all the fees and cause this overhead with the only benefit of privacy compared to KYC competition, they should at least offer Bitcoin over Lightning which has ony benefits compared to On chain for such payment, especially in regards to privacy.
