Why no clipboard manager?

I used to store previously copied elements in a clipboard history tray like this one:

I've noticed that there is no such "clipboard manager" out of the box in GrapheneOS. I've checked for it in the Usage and FAQ pages - there was a tangential topic related to clipboard in general, but not on clipboard managers specifically.

I want to try installing one from F-Droid like XClipper - are there any security/privacy issues that I may be overlooking?

EDIT: I've just noticed the "anti-features" of XClipper flagged by fdroid. If the above question stands does anyone know any simpler clipboard manager apps?

nsreubkvne A keyboard you trust is best used as a Clipboard manager, Florisboard has this for example.

thanks MetropleX I didn't know that - I thought that it's a separate application. Thanks for the recommendation, I will check it out.

I use the virtual BlackBerry keyboard and it has a clipboard function easy to use.

Is Florisboard one of the best open source keyboards? I've tried OpenBoard before and it seemed ok.

Kottonballs yes especially if swipe typing functionality matters to you.
