Rakuten finally accepted the return, and I took the opportunity to order from “belsimpel,” the site recommended by PocketStar. Thanks to him.
Ordered at 5:00 p.m. and received the next day at 9:00 a.m., perfect.
I received a brand new phone with zero cycles, first used on September 17, which passed Auditor without error.
I compared the two phones and on the refurbished one, the “fastboot” mode displays “NOS Production: NO.”
I can't find much information on the internet, but I see that this could be a sign of tampering, and I think that's what causes Auditor to fail.
I wonder if the phone was a phone with a blocked OEM unlock that was unlocked in an inappropriate manner... Hence the message in fastboot and the fact that I received it already unlocked.
Thank you all for your help. 😃
chinook If I buy outside of the reasonably trusted places I always pay with the credit card (ideally amex)
I paid with Amex on Rakuten, and my last resort was indeed to get them involved. 😊
