Hi, as I regrettably still require one or two apps that won't work without Play Services, I tried setting up a separate profile. Now with the blank new user profile I go to the App drawer, hit "Apps", filter by "Google (mirror)", select any one even without dependencies, e.g. "Google Services Framework", (latest release: 32, installed: 0) and receive:

Installation failed: Your device has an app installed with the same package name, but a different signature.

Are there links provided to alternative sources (there used to be on the main page at some point) or on how to exterminate this rogue package by the same name lying around in the storage somewhere?

Much appreciated :)

nrt damn of course I did, that was it! I just forgot since I never went as far as actually installing Gcam duh.. thanks!

Gah, I did manage it after all, then I found out installing GSF on a secondary user profile does nothing for the admin profile, where I wanted to enable eSIM management - now I can hit the button and scan an eSIM QR code but then it loops endlessly on "Network information is being checked" ...
