Help - GSM not working after updated to Android 16

I can attest that GSM was working until Android 15. Right now, even if I went to "Phone Testing" screen (##4636##) can force it to be GSM only, it connects to UMTS(3G). Obviously, the settings page allow 2G is not working either (which is why I tried to force it in the first place). It would be nice to still have 2G to have cell services in remote areas.

someone27281 from the owner profile, is this setting off? Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > *your network's name* > 2G network protection

You can also try Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Mobile Network Settings.

other8026 wait, I just noticed you changed the switch. Now it needs to be off? But when I encountered the issue it was "Allow 2G". Probably forgot to update the label?

After last update it works good now.

Not sure who did that. My guess is it's an upstream change, not a GrapheneOS one.
