Thanks for the replies!
And, @other8026 , your link was really helpful, thank you gain.
It quote is interesting to me, on my previous GOS install I put everything in the owner profile, including the play store, which was logged into my google account. However I ended up feeling like I wasnt getting the benefit of GrapheneOS, so switched back to stock google.
"Don’t worry too much about setting up user profiles perfectly the first time. Many in the GrapheneOS community have said that they’ve gone through multiple setups before finally settling on what they think works for them.
Our suggestion for people who are switching to GrapheneOS would be to start out without using secondary user profiles and evaluate whether their needs require their use later. As explained above, the Private Space feature is a great way to get the advantages of separate profiles without any of the inconvenience that they can come with"
However, on reflection, I want to try GrapheneOS again but I have still not settled on the approach I will take yet. I think the video @embeathome might be a bit too extreme for my use case. I think this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X-CKcQMt7v4) might strike the right balence.
I have been trying to remove (or turn off) all the AI stuff that is being added into the stock android and this is really making me want to move back to GOS sooner rather than later!
