sebastianha Both apps use the same repositories, so you won't lose your app data and you can continue using your apps and not have to re-install them.
On a sidenote, while that is an issue with F-Droid, there are also many other issues with it:

I know that there are more issues with F-Droid but this would be a reason to switch to Droid-ify or NeoStore as this is a direct benefit. All other issues are more F-Droid repo concept related and not with the app itself.
