You can use this app:
https://f-droid.org/packages/digital.ventral.ips/
Install in both profiles and you can transfer files between.

Unfortunately the AOSP Files app doesn't detect USB sticks in Private Space.

Private in what way? You can install the same privacy invasive apps in there, same as in Owner.

there is no way to store the files there, there wont be any leaks
