router99 faded bug: when auto-rotate is turned on, and camera is oriented horizontal when the stop button is pressed during recording, the app crashes / closes. Pixel 7 Pro
angela faded this app is extremely helpful. I was able to run it in the background and get audio footage in an authorized area to show someone did something unauthorized and unethical. Thanks.
faded angela What about the fact that video recording stops if I load another App For this use case you need Background video recorder apps like r134a already mentioned above.
other8026 router99 it would be better to open a new thread about this, but I tried myself and cannot get any crashes. Could you start a new thread and write step by step what you do to get a crash?
other8026 router99 You can cause it to crash/auto-close then go to Settings > Apps > All apps > Camera > View logs. From there, save the logs, then post them in a new thread, open an issue here: https://github.com/GrapheneOS/Camera/issues, or send them to me (contact info is in my profile). Make sure to also say how to make the camera app crash because I wasn't able to reproduce the issue.
