Hello,
I got a pixel 7a in December and installed graphene OS. For 3 weeks now, I have had huge battery issues.
For instance, I will be at 50% and it will suddenly drop bellow 20% and just melt in a few seconds before shutting down.
In other instances, the phone just shuts down and won't restart unless charged for a few minutes. When I restart it, the battery is around 50%.
I have tried removing some apps from the background in the settings and I am now running in battery saving mode, but I still have the same issues.
When analysing the battery's charge history in the settings, it's all over the place, you can see the drastic drops and the phone never fully charging during the night.
Is it caused by graphene OS (I saw a few posts with similar issues on here)?
Are there things I can do or should I reset my phone to android?

A systematic approach is required to diagnose the issue you may have. First if you can live without your apps, is factory reset to just GrapheneOS, if that works OK for a few days then introduce one app at a time.. Changing settings randomly and changing apps will just confuse. If the issue happens when just GrapheneOS is installed I would then re-flash back to stock android and see if the problem is reproducible, if so it may be a battery problem.

Unfortunately that sounds to me like a bad battery. What is the cycle count? Was the 7a new in December, or used?
