(title should read "third" user)
I have an owner-user, a "frequent" user, and a new third user into which I have just installed google sandboxed. Both before and after installing google, I have been unable to install Aurora into the newest user; I get: "App not installed as package conflicts with an existing package".
O.K.; I'm guessing this is because I successfully installed (and used) Aurora in my frequent user and the OS doesn't need/want a bunch of duplicate installations.

How do I allow this newest user to use Aurora store?

If I recall correctly, within the user settings menu for that profile, there should be an option to Install apps to user or something like that. It's used to make an existing app (installed elsewhere) available to the new profile.

just install the apps you like from the owner profile. in system settings, multiple users, choose the profile and you see a bunch of options
