Feedback needed about VoLTE on 2025021100 in Beta/Alpha for 9th gen Pixels

On the latest update and all works as expected, LTE only, Wi-Fi Calling only, and 5G calls and texts. Mint Mobile.
I do want to mention though that I opened an issue on GitHub a couple weeks ago after installing GOS for intermittent issues where I have to disable and then enable Wi-Fi Calling in order to be able to call or text. Is this issue being looked at as well?

I am having issues making calls and I found this post so i think it might be related.
In short I am not able to make nor receive calls. It hangs up automatically as soon as I receive or make a call.
After turning off VoLTE it just keeps dialing endlessly without ringing.

Device: Pixel 9 pro xl
GrapheneOS: 2025030900
Carrier: tmobile
Preferred network: tried all
VoLTE: on/off
Voice calls do not work
WiFi Calls do not work (tried also turning this off)

I had the same problem some months ago and for me it helped to un-check 'ims'-option in APN-settings -> APN-type. Calling via VoWiFi/VoLTE works as intended for me after doing this. Maybe worth a try and tell if it solves your problem.

You'll find it und er settings > network & Internet > SIM cards > your SIM > in settings menu of your SIM find APN settings at 3rd row from the bottom.
Select your APN profile, find 'APN-type' and open the sub-menue with codes and their check boxes. Look for 'ims' and un-check it if checked, switch flight mode on and off and you hopefully are able to call and reveive calls.

The ims was deactivated so I reactivated it and it seems to be working now 😅

Fantastic, glad I could help. Although for me it was the other way around, the function is the important part.

Yeah I was out of options so I activated it just to see if it would solve the issue and tada it worked 😅
BTW this is the first time I had such issue after 4 years of graphene use but I had changed operator recently and it was working just fine until the last stable update, so maybe this operator is too picky?

That may be with the operator, however now you know where to look for, when calling is broken next time (hopefully not).
