Can Notifications be iddled for longer period?

My eSIM Provider displays a notification on my phone permanently that no emergency calls can be made via Wifi.

Graphene has the feature to idle notifications for 2 hours. Is it somehow possible to get the time to some days or permanently? Is such a setting changeable in the developer settings? It's kinda annoying and not possible to deactivate it completely.

Sorry if this may seem obvious...are you aware that you can long press a notification and get options to disable it or make it less intrusive?

I've never encountered a notification that it wasn't possible to disable...but maybe there is such a thing?

No forreal this field is greyed out and is called "WiFi Calling".
There are some more or less trustworthy tools (hide persistent notification) which promise doing this but I'd rather do it with inside tools.
