Before purchasing used pixel

Hello,

I want to know what are the things that I need to check before purchasing a google pixel device from second-hand shops? How?
Things like performance, IMEI & IMSI (checking if stolen or blocked by isp) .......
So what are these things to check? And How?
So I can install GrapheneOS.

Also How to check if the bootloader can be unlocked? And if the devices is carrier locked/unlocked?

Ask them if you can try to enable OEM unlocking in the developer options. Search how to do that. If it works, it is fine.

I tried to enable OEM unlocking and USB debugging in the developer options and it did work.
I also checked the IMEI to see if it is blacklisted or not and if it is under contract....
Not sure how to check if it is carrier unlocked so it can accept any sim/esim card.

In case if I did not find in-person shop that sells what I want, can you recommend me online stores that delivers Worldwide?

CravingPrivacy carrier locked means OEM unlock doesnt work. Your phone is fine, no idea if you are still standing there but take it XD

In germany there are no vendor locked phones normally. Afaik only Verizon does this, so you could also just ask them if they bought the phone as part of a data plan with Verizon. If not, and best no data plan at all, you are fine.

I got 4 Pixels off Ebay, all fine.
