i know there are several posts about time/date issues in graphene pixels, i even commented my problem in some of them but never got any response. so here another post hoping devs would care to clarify in what's going on.

problem is on a p8, last night it got an update I confirmed the reboot, then apps restart. then phone was left alone with low battery and expectedly died overnight. next day upon recharge and startup the date is 2 days behind and time is a couple hours behind. settings off date/time were not touched for along time by user. some sites visited with vanadium browser show a warning that the device time is incorrect and it is a security concern. i would like to hear some official comments on this please.

trying to attach evident screenshots, sorry if it fails. please instruct how to do it right i will immediately. screenshots taken at the moment of this publication so compare the time.

now next day after another update date/time shifted again, date went 2 days forward, still being 1 day behind. time shifted as well now a few hours forward, being actually ahead of current time. sites still show warning about time unsynched and possible security issues.

Onlyfun Onlyfun It's fairly normal for the phone's time to get out of sync if the battery dies but it sounds like you have a hardware clock issue.

Likely no solution beyond a new device, ideally via warranty.
