HI, I have a Pixel 7 Fold, eSim support enabled, all Google Play services etc show that network and sensors are allowed, I have enabled DSDS, I have spoken with the network and they confim they can read the QR code and it is active but not installed, but when I either scan or input the code manually I get 'Incorrect QR code-Check that you're scanning the right QR code.
What am I not doing?
Thanks

Have you tried with both the front and back cameras?

I was trying to install an eSIM a few days ago and tried to scan the QR code with clicking the QR scan tile and another QR-code scanner, found out I needed to do it in settings > network > SIM-card > add SIM-card tho, in case that helps!

wuseman I can't see that as an option, I go to add sim-eSim-scan QR code and it only allows the back camera, unless I am missing something.

ujjayi Thanks, yes, I have been doing it thourgh the 'add sim-scan qr code'. Just doesn't seem to work.

phone-company Im not sure what you mean, I have the LPA number and that did not work
