the web installer website does not show the package you need for fedora to install to have access to the phone.
how would i use the web installer in fedora 37.

Fedora isn't officially supported for GrapheneOS installation. That said, the Arch Linux package, android-udev
indicates this upstream source, which features installation instructions for other systemd distros.
I'm a Debian user myself, so I can't speak to whether these will work but it seems pretty straight forward.
I used OpenSUSE for install it. Just needed to install Chromium for browser, and the the android package.
I've installed LineageOS from Fedora many times via cli but I can't get the webinstaller to work either with the Brave or Chrome browsers under F37. I thought installing the android-tools rpm would do the trick, but can't unlock the bootloader, just get Error: Failed to execute 'open' on 'USBDevice': Access denied. Yadda yadda missing udev rules. I think the punchline is if you want it to work, don't use Fedora... <shrug>
mythodical Thanks for the link to android-udev-rules! Followed the instructions for other distros and web installer seems to be working on Fedora 37
mythodical Thanks. This worked for me on Fedora 38 Workstation
