Low Meta Pictures

Is there a camera app that will exclude identifying meta and only have the necc. Stuff like date etc? I don't want all the meta on my pics and the process to wipe each pic soundstroublesom

d9780 GrapheneOS Camera removes EXIF metadata other than orientation which is visible from how photos are displayed. ICC (color profile) specific to the family of devices (Pixels) is not removed since it would alter the photo appearance and is separate from the EXIF stripping feature we implemented. The color profile is the same across all of the same family of devices. Videos don't have metadata stripped yet since it's not EXIF.

Are there a FOSS way to wipe metadata not necessary for proper video playing?
I only found non-FOSS apps that do this. They work well, but it would be amazing to have a FOSS option.
