Oggyo You can set up your own inclusive/exclusive policy for which folders Auxio will search through.

That said, it shouldn't matter what folders you've included or excluded in those settings if Auxio is triggered from an "Open with" dialog. If it doesn't work, it could be considered as a bug, so you should contact the developer

As I mentioned - this doesn't work with the default Downloads folder. Works fine with subfolder added/included in Auxio.
Tried Metro Music player for example - it behaves the same when tapping on the attachment inside of K-9, then Open with... But VLC works and it has only Network and Notifications permissions.

I just moved the files I had in Internal Storage/Music into Internal Storage/Download and cleared storage for Auxio to get a clean slate: everything in Downloads turned up in Auxio. I tried to put the files directly in Download, and in a subfolder underneath. Both worked fine.

I don't know, did you set up Storage Scopes or something?
