I saw that KeePassDX had 4 months no Update, is it better to change to Bitwarden or wait for Updates?

The latest release is from February (more than 4 months) and the latest commit is from September (1 month).

[deleted] Jun or Feb look really much the same 🙈. Anyway the last commit is one month ago and the latest activity is from last week. If you think there is anything important to be released, you should talk to them.

I don't see a reason to switch for this reason, but if you want to switch you can. Or if you want sync, web, ...

Last Commit is Sept 6 in the "develop" commit branch. You can see the commit history by clicking the (number of) Commits next to the little clock icon in the top right of the code table. In this case you also have to select the develop branch from the dropdown menu at the top of the commit history.
