Hello, thank you

  1. This message appears in the notification settings screen of each app.

  2. It is not possible (greyed out)

3.ive got only 1 profile

And finally, this issue is not only regarding banking apps as I've seen now ..

Shurakai It is not possible (greyed out)

Really? Never head of that happening and I didn't see any mention of it googling around quickly. I tried to recreate this on my own phone but couldn't. So I have way more questions that can hopefully help someone figure out what the cause is.

    1. Have you tried restarting your phone to see if notifications can be enabled afterwards?
    2. If you to to settings > notifications > app settings, can you enable the notifications for the apps there?
    3. Do you have any apps listed in Settings > Notifications > Device & app notifications? There is only one that's set to allowed by default: GrapheneOS Launcher. If there's another app there, either disable it or adjust its settings then try enabling notifications again.
    4. If you still can't enable notifications, are you able to enable notifications after uninstalling then reinstalling an app?

      Hi,
      1) Didn't change anything
      2) no, greyed out there also
      3) tried with only grapheneos launcher - no changes
      4) reinstallation didn't change anything

:-( as seen in internet it seems to be an Android 13 issue

You might have seen this thread on the internet already but if not, maybe try the last two solutions in it:

I went to the "Do Not Disturb" settings and toggled "Allow notifications from" the app I was having issues with. I was having this same issue on my Pixelbook Go.

        and

EDIT: Found a Solution, worked for me:
        1) Open Main Phone Settings
        2) Apps and Notifications
        3) "See All 143 apps" (your number will be different)
        4) Scroll to and tap Gmail
        5) Screen says "<- App info" at the top. Tap "Notifications"
        6) Screen now says "Settings" at the top, and has the toggle switch "All Gmail notifications" in a NOT greyed out, but blue, bar. (Looks similar to the greyed out one reached from inside the app's own settings, but this one actually worked!)

One thing is interesting... It stopped just working yesterday during the day

mythodical thanks a lot, I've tried both, but both didn't solve the issue on my phone 😭

          Shurakai

Someone in that reddit thread said they fixed their problem by doing settings > system > reset options > reset app preferences.

Also, many others said specific apps were fixed after an update. Have those apps been updated recently?

unwat thanks for trying to help me.

I've done those steps but it didn't solve that issue

So was update on October 18th but until yesterday all went fine...

So I think, I have to wait for another update :-(
