RWT Android Auto: all permissions are toggled on except "wireless Android auto" (I only want to use it via USB.)
OK, but the directions say clearly:
For some cars, baseline permissions for wireless Android Auto are needed even when using wired Android Auto. Therefore, if wired Android Auto is unable to connect to the car with only wired permissions granted, try granting wireless permissions instead.
Android Auto is a complicated piece of software. It may not work even if all of the directions are followed, but the likelihood goes down if they aren't.
