No. As I wrote use MEK. You want a solvent that dissolves the PVC card only but not the insulation of the copper wires of the antenna.

If that is your level of security you can use a 5$ comination lock. Offers better privacy and doesnt require power.
Be aware that many android devices use UID 1234 by default. So if you program a phone with such an access system virtually everybody can open it. No hacking required.
