Is there a way to spoof my MAC address? - at least, temporarily. From what I see on the internet, the way to do that w/o root access is to use the Linux 'ip' command from a terminal emulator app. At the same time, it appears that this method works only with MediaTek CPUs.

Does anyone know a 100% effective method for the Pixels?

Sorry, this was unclear. Wi-Fi. And I want to set a specific MAC address.

naydir Setting a preferred MAC address isn't supported. You can instead change the "privacy" setting for the wifi network you're connecting to to use a random MAC for just that wifi network (meaning it won't change every time, but it will be random, i.e., not your device's real MAC address).

So, it's not supported whatever apps or tricks I try, correct? Linux command line won't work; nor will anything else?

naydir if there's a way to do that then I'm not aware of it.
