Spotify pauses itself when installed on "Owner" profile

Currently I use Spotify lite on the owner profile which doesnt seem to trigger this issue

Update to Android 15 seems to fix the issue.

vertigo90 I haven't had the issue again. I will test it in an hour or so and let you know. One question, are you using spotify on another profile as the app itself or are you using it via Android Auto or something?

Edit: (1 min later) I guess you said Android Auto above. Did you set up the unsupported apps from developer settings?

Yep Android Auto on the profile, just use it as normal on the owner profile. Yep unsupported apps set up in developer settings

Mine looks like it's working fine so far. Does it happen when you're not connected to Android Auto?

chaos9900 Yep, same here. I've taken to just disabling spotify whenever I'm driving

Could it be do not disturb setting not allowing Spotify to play when driving.

Plobberfroth No. I don't use DND, and the problem goes away when disabling the Spotify app on the main profile.
