GrouchyGrape Nope. Here is what I did, step by step. 1) Factory defaulted the phone and verify hash is right during boot and version is latest, 2) Selected my native language suggested during first time wizard (probably auto-detected because of SIM card), 3) Set a password (not PIN), 4) Set a fingerprint, 5) Skip restore and done, 6) Start Apps app, 7) Update everything (App Store and Vanadium), 8) Go to settings, set SIM to 4G only mode, 9) Disable haptics and vibrations, 10) Enable secondary user profiles, and create one, 11) Launch secondary user profile and set it up the same during first time wizard, 12) Launch App Store, 13) Install Google Play from there, it takes a few minutes to complete, 14) Launch Google Play, it will either hang at launch, or hang during self-update, or fail to detect self-update and remain in English, or successfully self-update, but fail to update Play Services, or fail to install apps.
