If my Pixel 6 has been in the hands of bad actors would confirming the hash of my OS and changing pins/passwords be enough as far as a persistent attack goes?

Susu-89 Probably! But it depends on exactly how well-resourced the attackers are. If the data is extremely confidential, and the attackers are very powerful, the cost of selling that device and getting a new one might be worth paying. Only you can place a value on the confidentiality of your data.

Disconnect phone completely. Change passwords on another device. Wipe phone and do factory reset. Thats usually enough
