I tried to install GrapheneOS on my Pixel Tablet yesterday and got an error while flashing the images.
I then went to bed and wanted to try it again today.

But now the tablet just shows a black screen with a charging battery in the middle of the screen. ( the tablet is not connected to a charger)

I can't turn it on and it is not detected when trying to resume flashing grapheneos.

Any idea what I have to do now?

I suspect it wants to be charged.

de0u yeah that's a good idea, thanks! Tried charging it for 5 minutes and nothing happenend and I kinda panicked, but could be the battery is totally empty

    Just for more information:

I did try to install grapheneos to the pixel tablet trough my pixel 7 with grapheneos (using Vanadium) following the web installer from the grapheneos Website.

On the step "flashing factory images" I got an error after the device already rebooted like 4 times (can't remember the error anymore).

I then went to sleep and like 24h wanted to try again only to see that the tablet had the screen turned on (black screen with battety Symbol in the middle).

It kinda sounds like this case:

My grapheneos Pixel 7 was on version 2024060500 and the pixel tablet on newest Google release.

OK I charged it for 3h now and nothing happened, still black screen with battery symbol in the middle.
Still not able to start it, get it in recovery, shut it down etc...

It worked now. After 12 hours charging I was able to turn it on, go into bootloader (power in with power + volume down) and installiert trough web install page).

I think it didn't work the first time because the tablet was in Google Android QPR3 and grapheneos stable still was on QPR2.
Maybe that fucked with some driver or something idk
