Seems this issue has re-emerged with the latest Starling update (3.55.0.100330).
I have contacted Starling by email and phone and they aware of the issue and looking to get this fixed (again). No timescales provided.
Problem is that this time it's not letting me past the 'not passing security checks' splash screen, so the 14 day deadline is a little redundant. Hopefully they will be a little quicker this time 'round.
