  • Can't figure out how to properly use an NEW USER ACCOUNT HELP!

Hello!

So I have been using graphene for a few weeks now and realized that I needed to create a separate user account. So I did so BUT once in the new user account, I can't install ANYTHING FROM AURORA! WHY??? I can't figure this out and have spent a lot of valuable time trying to figure this out! It's really upsetting! I thought if you created a new user account one could have google play and all this tuff one wouldn't have running all the time on the main device account. I'm so confused now. Can I please get some help?

    Do you mean you want to install Aurora in the second user account and from there install apps using Aurora?

    If so, in the phone settings, search for multiple users, or drag down from the top of the screen. Select the second account from the list and click "Install available apps"

    From the list, select Aurora, when you login as the second user, you should be able to start Aurora and install apps.

    Artisto we'd need more information to better help you troubleshoot the issue you're having. Are you seeing any error messages? What's happening when app installs fail? When creating the new profile, did you give it permission to install 3rd party apps? Did you grant Aurora permission to install apps?
